WHOIS Inaccuracy
How to Submit: Visit our Support page, enter the domain name and describe the WHOIS inaccuracy, enter your name and email, and send.
Process: The WebHero Abuse Team will email the Registrant asking them to correct WHOIS details within 7 days. If the Registrant fails to update details or provide sufficient proof of accuracy, the domain will be suspended after 15 days.
Spam
How to Submit: Contact our Support page with the domain name and complete headers & body of the spam mail (headers and body are the most important proof — without them we cannot verify the complaint).
Process: Our team will verify the spam headers to determine origin and type. First-time promotional spam results in a warning; deliberate phishing or malware distribution results in immediate suspension.
All Other Abuse
How to Submit: Contact our Support page with the domain name and detailed complaint including evidence.
Process: For compromised/hacked domains, a warning is sent to the registrant. If unauthorized content is not removed, the domain will be suspended. Deliberate abuse (phishing, malware, child pornography) results in immediate suspension.
